Searching and Reservation

Searches do not show any results ?

There are various reasons why no results show up in searches :

- Most frequent and important reason is, in searches users choose 'yes' for both flight and hotel request in the search form, but do not define from where the traveller will depart and to where client will arrive in destinations. When such a mistake is made, system will not know which destinations it should search for airports to fly the traveller from and to.

- Dates are also important criteria that needs to no-results. Start date shouldnt be later than end date, or start date shouldnt be the same as todays date or 1 day later.

- Destination selection is important. superholidays searches with destination system. For example, if you define Marmaris or Kundu as the destination desired, system searches for all hotels related to this touristic destination, and all airports related to the same destination. For this reason, when your traveller specifies a destination desired, you should choose that destination in the 'Destination' field and search as such.

- When doing a search by entering a hotel name, you shouldnt specify the exact full name of the hotel, as some hotels have names differ in various context and languages. For this reason, for the system to easily find the hotel you desire, you should use one word from the hotel's name which never differs in any language or environment. For example, if searching for Sheraton Voyager Hotel, enter the word 'sheraton' to the name field for best results. ''

- If a hotel name is entered, system searches for hotels that has the entered word in their name. If no hotel name is entered, system searches for all hotels for the given time period. For getting more results, do not enter hotel names in general searches.

- All hotels and all room types defined for different hotels has minimum stay, option days entered into the syste. If the dates you provide to search does not satisfy a hotel's minimum stay condition, or start date does not satisfy their option day requirement, that hotel does not show up. For this reason ensure that searched dates arent too close to today's date.

- Hotels, and all room types defined for different hotels has group criteria defined for them, defined by hotel policy. For example, if a suit room in a hotel is set to display to groups that are maximum 2+1, than it wont show to searches made for 2+2. Or, if a bungalow is set to show up to minimum 2+1 groups, it wont show in searches for 2 adults. This is due to policy of the hotels that they impose on group sizes for different room types. Because of this, if you cant get any results for a particulaar group, change the group criteria and search again, and contact us if that hotel can be contacted for more relaxed group policy.

- If tolerance is entered in a search, system searches for the items according to given dates, applied +/- tolerance. This might lead to some hotels, flights available not to show up. If no tolerance is entered, then system takes its own tolerance limit to do the search. If no results show up, delete the tolerance field and search again.

- For searches of any sort, do not use the right-hand side search form after you start the search by giving dates and initial information, until you decide that your search was not satisfactory. System takes the info you provided in the initial search, and remembers and uses them until a new search is started. If you again use and submit the form in the right hand side of the page again before you conclude a search, it will result in your started search to break. Because of that, never use the right hand side form again until you decide your search is done. Otherwise show the links that come up in the main page to conduct the search.

How are we going to do the reservation ?

Following steps must be followed to place a reservation :

- If you are commencing a reservation from the packages listed in the start page or packages page, just click on the button under the package box. Packages are defined for a definite number of adults (for now, 2) and for a definite date, you will see that system displays the reservation is being made for (2) adults, between x and y dates and for z hotel automatically. In the reservation form, ALL FIELDS must be entered, and must be correct for group information, names, billing information and such. When done, click the button below the reservation form to save the reservation into the system. This will also send notifiers of reservation to you and us.

- If you are searching with flight, system will search for the incoming flight first, then returning flight, and when those are selected it searches for hotels that fit in according to the incoming and returning flight dates (for minimum stay and option criteria). When you click for the continue button in the hotel desired, system takes you to reservation form. In here, all fields must be entered nomatter what, and in correct form. Any empty field will result in error.

- If you are searching for hotels only, and after the desired hotel is selected, system will take you to reservation form directly. And when all fields are entered in correct form, click on the continue button.

- In all searches of any sort, if travellers will arrive at the hotel via their own means and flight was not acquired from superholidays, it is advisable that you define travellers' incoming and outgoing flight dates for ensuring smooth check in/check out. It is obligatory to provide these information when there is a transfer in question. These info can be provided at the extra information box below.

How are confirmation, voucher, commission processes done ?

After you make your reservation, receipt emails will arrive at your mailbox, and ours. We immediately fax the hotel with the information you provided in the form to make a reservation, and after we got hotel's reply, we send the confirmation and bill to you. When you transfer the amount specified to our bank account provided in the bill, we send you the voucher for that reservation. You may call & contact us in anytime during all of these processes.

ALL of the prices you see in the system at any stage, are FINAL prices that include all the costs, fees.
